The Before the Aqd Masterclasses and Personal Coaching are individual pathways. The Sacred Connections Masterclasses and couples coaching are designed for both partners together.

Discovery Sessions and all masterclasses run online. Coaching is online, or face-to-face where available.

Coaching is forward-facing work with capable people in ordinary struggles; counselling and therapy treat clinical concerns and deeper wounds. We explain the difference honestly and refer onward when therapy is the better fit.

Yes. What is shared in sessions stays in sessions, within the limits of law and safety. We never publish client details without explicit written consent.

There is no lock-in. Most clients begin with a small number of sessions and review together; the rhythm is agreed in your discovery conversation.

No. Sacred Connections meets you where you are. Programmes are rooted in the Qur’an and sunnah and welcome every level of practice without judgement.

No. We are educators and coaches, not muftis. Questions of fiqh are referred to qualified scholars.

A Discovery Session is $18. Masterclasses are $230 as a bundle, or $50 per topic à la carte if you take one on its own. Coaching packages are listed on the Coaching page — we will never surprise you.
